Once your order has been placed, your order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address used to create your order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch via email at [email protected]. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder prior to contacting us in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
We offer free ground shipping* all one-time orders over $35 with discounts applied. (This offer is not valid for wholesale customers.)
*Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories. We offer ground shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska, as well as all US territories, including AFO/FPO.
At this time, Major Zoo is only available in Canada & U.S., and we do not have the capability to ship outside of the U.S. and Canada. We hope to be able to treat more of our furry friends internationally in the future!
Yes! You can send Major Zoo as a gift and include a gift note in your order, too.
Add a gift note (free!) from the "View Cart" page and we'll print your message (*400 characters or less) on a Major Zoo postcard to be included in your furry friend's treat order.
Because of how quickly orders are printed and processed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit or cancel your order once you have received your order confirmation via email. We we will do our best to accommodate requests, but please know, in many cases, it may be too late to make changes.
