Cancelling or Editing Orders
Because of how quickly orders are printed and processed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit or cancel your order once you have received your order confirmation via email. We we will do our best to accommodate requests, but please know, in many cases, it may be too late to make changes.
Damages, Missing Items, or Wrong Items Received
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the order is damaged, if items are missing, or if you receive the wrong items so that we can make things right.
If approved for a refund, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please know, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account - we expect your refund to be reflected back on your statement within 48 business hours, depending on your bank and credit card company.
