Free Shipping Policy:
Delight in our Free Regular Shipping for all orders over $35.00 CAD. This offer extends worldwide, ensuring your favorite products reach your doorstep no matter where you are.
Flat Rate Shipping Policy:
For orders less than $35.00 CAD, we provide Flat Rate Shipping at a cost of $15 CAD.
Dispatch and Delivery:
Your order is in safe hands with our trusted third-party couriers, including Fedex, Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, and Loomis. After confirming your order and checking stock availability, we promptly dispatch your products. For larger or special orders, please reach out to us at [email protected] for shipping quotations.
If your shipment returns to us for any reason and you wish to have it reshipped, please note that you will be responsible for the FULL shipping cost. We will send an invoice to the provided email for this exact amount. If you no longer want a returned order, we will not issue a refund.
We operate from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that we may adjust our days of operation as necessary.
We use the shipping information provided during order completion. Please ensure your address is correct, as we are not responsible for any inaccuracies or incomplete addresses. Reshipment due to an incorrect address will necessitate an additional shipping fee.
In the case of international orders, we will provide a gift voucher to our online store as a replacement for lost or damaged products. Please be aware that we do not collect international fees, taxes, or VAT. These charges are the customer's responsibility upon order shipment.
Due to market volatility, please understand that some orders may take between 1 - 3 weeks or longer to be ready for shipment.
For orders that are refused by the customer or are undeliverable, we reserve the right to refund your order minus the cost of shipping. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

Due to the complexities of international shipping, we partner with all the major shipping companies - Fedex, Canada Post, UPS, Canpar and Loomis. Returns & Refunds
We cannot accept returns or exchanges - but, we always want to make sure you and your furry friend are happy. Please reach out to [email protected] and let us know how we can help.
Cancelling or Editing Orders Because of how quickly orders are printed and processed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit or cancel your order once you have received your order confirmation via email. We we will do our best to accommodate requests, but please know, in many cases, it may be too late to make changes.
Damages, Missing Items, or Wrong Items Received Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the order is damaged, if items are missing, or if you receive the wrong items so that we can make things right.
Refunds If approved for a refund, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please know, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account - we expect your refund to be reflected back on your statement within 48 business hours, depending on your bank and credit card company.
